Born and raised a Michigander Sarah grew up watching local news and knew long before joining the TV world that she wanted to take part in sharing stories. Her career began at 9&10 News in Northern Michigan where each morning she took viewers to a new location and event in their community.

  • New antique and treasure store opens in Kentwood

    KENTWOOD, Mich. — West Michigan is now home to a new antique and treasure store. Wally’s Treasures Antique Mall has opened at 1438 28th Street SE in Kentwood. The store sells a variety of items like antiques, collectibles, crafts, furniture and different treasures. The shop opened November 1st and is home to nearly 60 different vendors.   • Haunted farm ‘Abandoned Acres’ opens north of GR

    SPARTA, Mich. — If you are looking for something spooky to do for Halloween, there is a new haunted attraction in town. Abandoned Acres has opened for its second year at 7737 Fruit Ridge Ave NW in Sparta. There are two separate corn mazes for people to walk through and be scared along the way.
