Getting into better shape or eating healthier seems to be one of the top trends. If finances and time are tight, making it to the gym is not always an option. Sometimes you don't need a gym at all, just the great outdoors and some motivation.
For as little as 7 minutes, this app has exercises that will suit you. Not to mention, there are video tutorials of how to do them correctly.
I personally use this app when I go running. A little voice will come into my headphone to let me know how far I have run, what my current pace is etc. Then when you are finished, you can compare your workout to prior days.
