Getting into better shape or eating healthier seems to be one of the top trends. If finances and time are tight, making it to the gym is not always an option. Also, living a very busy lifestyles can put a crunch on the amount of time you have. Therefore, I've found a few fitness and healthy lifestyle apps that are either free or cost very little. Sometimes you don't need a gym at all, just the great outdoors and some motivation.

Workout for Women

For as little as 7 minutes, this app has exercises that will suit you. Not to mention, there are video tutorials of how to do them correctly.

ASICS Runkeeper

I personally use this app when I go running. A little voice will come into my headphone to let me know how far I have run, what my current pace is etc. Then when you are finished, you can compare your workout to prior days.

Carb Manager

Also, if you are up for a new type of workout, I personally invite all of you to join me at Title Boxing Club Grand Rapids, 5150 Northland Dr. NE, 49525. You can do a free, three day trial!
